HYBRID TRAINING PLANS

Prepare for your first or next Half-Marathon, Full-Marathon or other Hybrid ventures with our training programmes.  At AJC Coaching there are plenty of ways to achieve peak fitness that suit your individual ambitions. If you're confident and moderately experienced in either running or weight lifting then these programmes are perfect for you. The only requirement from you is to be able to perform compound lifts (barbell squat, bench press, deadlift) safely and confidently; in addition be able to run at least 3km without stopping.
